Prime Minister Mykola Azarov considers Vietnam to be a special partner of Ukraine, he said during his visit to this country.
"Vietnam holds a special place among our partners due to the long-term historical development of our close relations," Azarov stressed.
In particular, he emphasized the cultural and foreign policy relations.
In addition, the Ukrainian Prime Minister said that the dynamics of political cooperation is quite high, reminding that in 2011 President Viktor Yanukovych visited Vietnam, and the main priorities for the development of relations were identified during this visit.
