Convicted ex-Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, who is currently being treated in the Ukrzaliznytsya hospital, may be taken to court by force, justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said after the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"If a person has no reason to be absent, there are bodies, which are to ensure the attendance in the trial," he said.
However, he stressed that in such cases it is necessary to take into account the health status of the defendant.
