Ukraine-NATO cooperation is quite effective, director of international security and disarmament Foreign Ministry department Oleksandr Oleksandrovych said at the 9th Assembly of the Ukraine-NATO Civic League, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, "if to compare the year 2012 with the previous years, the dynamics of practical cooperation is extremely high. In recent months, a number of meetings of working groups on economic security, science and environment have been held. That is, we have not only military cooperation."
A meeting of the working group on military-technical cooperation is also expected. "Therefore, regardless of the non-aligned status of Ukraine, the practical cooperation continues very active," the expert said.
