PJSC "Kyivkhlib" bakery company decided to raise the retail prices for certain products due to the difficult economic situation in the enterprise, the statement of the Kyivkhlib press service reads.
As noted, costs for energy, transport and wages has increased significantly and continue increasing during 2011-2012. For example, over these years, the natural gas price has increased by 52.4%, electricity - by 25.2%, transport costs in comparison with the previous year have increased by 32.5%.
"Today, the salary of the company’s employees is less than the average salary in Kyiv. To avoid social unrest among workers and emerge from a difficult economic situation, PJSC "Kyivkhlib" has set new prices for certain types of products," the press release informs.
