Ukraine is interested in the Cypriot experience in the development of tourism and resort industry, Yanukovych said, speaking at the Ukraine-Cyprus Business Forum in Nicosia, ForUm learned from the President’s press service.
"We would welcome the participation of the Cypriot enterprises in the development of recreational infrastructure, in particular on the Black Sea coast of Ukraine," Yanukovych said.
According to the President, cooperation in the shipbuilding and ship repair industries is also a promising direction for Ukraine and Cyprus. "Cyprus is maritime state. Ukraine, with its powerful shipyards, has extensive experience and capabilities in shipbuilding and ship repair," he said
