Prime Minister Mykola Azarov considers that the construction industry is ready to implement the large-scale housing projects, he told a briefing after the presentation of capabilities of Kyiv construction companies at "House-building plant № 4" (Kyiv).
The Prime Minister said that now the construction enterprises are engaged with orders by 30-40%.
At the same time, according to Azarov, the main problem is a poor demand for housing.
The Prime Minister added that the government is developing programs to solve these issues and plans to make them more widespread and affordable.
