Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych instructed the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka to analyze violations of law during elections in single-member constituencies. This is stated in the order, published on the official website of the President.
Following the analysis, the General Prosecutor's Office should take response measures in accordance with the law.
The Prosecutor General shall report to the President on the work done before November 12, 2012.
