Deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Usenko-Chorna believes that the police and special units officers have exceeded their powers during establishing the results of the parliamentary elections in several single-member constituencies.
"I think that the authorities should pay attention to the fact that specific law enforcement agencies - police and special forces – undermine image of Ukraine," Usenko-Chorna said.
