Member of the Central Election Commission Mykhailo Okhendovsky predicts that the CEC will draw up protocols on the results of the parliamentary elections only in 220 out of 225 districts, he told reporters.
Okhendovsky explained that the Central Election Commission declaring that it is impossible to establish the exact vote results in five districts took the position that the protocols on the results of elections in these five districts will not be drawn up and signed by the members of the commission.
