The data of 100% processing protocols is to be posted on the CEC website, the CEC member Mykhailo Okhendovsky said, ForUm learned from the Central Election Commission press service.
"However, these data are not formed by the CEC. They are introduced only at the level of district commissions by the operators and system administrators. Each DEC shall enter results of vote counting at each polling station of the respective district into the "Elections" electronic system. This data appear on the CEC website in online mode," Okhendovsky said.
He also noted that the expenditure for the reelections in some constituencies, where the CEC found it impossible to establish the election results, shall be covered by the State Budget of Ukraine. "The relevant decisions should be taken by the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers," the CEC member said.
Okhendovsky is also convinced that, by adopting a resolution on the need to appoint reelections in some constituencies, the CEC has taken comprehensive measures aimed at resolving the current situation.
