Lithuania supports the early launch of the particular provisions of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, minister of economy of Lithuania Rimantas Zhilyus told ForUm.

According to him, during the last year, Ukraine became closer to the EU, and it prepared and initialed the Association Agreement. "It is not signed, but Lithuania considers that the treaty should be signed as soon as possible, and some of its provisions have to be submitted. It will give Europe a tool to support reforms in Ukraine," the minister noted.

He added that it may include some political situation, free trade area and dialogue on visa free regime.
