The officers of the "Berkut" Special Forces form cordons near the Lesia Ukrainka Square, where the opposition holds the rally against the election fraud, ForUm correspondent reports.

A police car with a loud speaker transmits the audio calling for protesters to disperse immediately, reminding that the District Administrative Court of Kyiv from October 27 limited mass events in the central part of the capital including the area near the monument to Lesia Ukrainka. In case of non-fulfillment of the judicial decision, the police have a right to take measures provided by the law and special tools that allow dispersing the rally by legal means. Hinder activities can be arrested and brought to justice.

As ForUm correspondent reports, some protesters are leaving the rally, although there are calls to stay from the tribune.
