Supporters of the All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland" (Batkivshchyna), the Vitali Klitschko's UDAR Party and the All-Ukrainian Union "Freedom" (Svoboda) are gathering near the building of the Central Election Commission to hold a rally against electoral fraud in the parliamentary elections.

As ForUm correspondent reports, there are already 300-450 people. They gather on both sides of the Central Election Commission, about half - near the exit of the Pecherska metro station and another part near the monument to Lesia Ukrainka. The equipment is being installed opposite to the monument.

However, the activists have no banners, no slogans are heard.

About 40 officers of the "Berkut" Special Forces are guarding the law and order near the building of the CEC. In addition, an armored police bus parked at the street next to the CEC.

As ForUm learned from one of the rally organizers Serhiy Pashinsky, the opposition will not use force if the protest is unsuccessful.

According to Pashinsky, he, being the MP, has informed the KCSA of the planned for today meeting with the voters near the building of the CEC.

The rally is scheduled for 10.00 a.m.

As reported, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv forbade holding any mass events other than the state ones, till November 12.
