Deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Usenko-Chorna does not rule out that the CEC will not establish the election results in the problem single-member constituencies.

"I do not rule out that we will not establish results in those single-member constituencies, where the results are being established under the pressure of the Berkut special forces officers, tear gas, that is not specified in law. I think there should be a re-vote in the districts where the election documents had been destroyed," Usenko-Chorna said.

In addition, she said that the Central Election Commission may decide to hold re-elections in the problematic constituencies, but only after the DECs representatives deliver the signed protocols to the CEC.

Meanwhile, the CEC will continue receiving the protocols from the district election commissions.
