The recounting of votes can be used for fraud, deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Usenko-Chorna told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The procedure of vote recounting is used to damage the ballots," Usenko-Chorna believes.
According to her, there are cases, when the members of election commissions abuse the recount procedure in favor of a particular candidate, and the ballots for opponents "become invalid."
