The Kyiv Interior Ministry department claims that the police officers, who were on duty outside of the district election commission # 215 in Desnyanskiy district of Kyiv did not use lethal weapons against reporters, ForUm learned from the Kyiv department press service.
The press service noted that on October 31 that photo reporter of ForUm and the Left Bank news agencies addressed the Desnyanskiy district Interior Ministry department with the statements that unknown persons sprayed unknown substance at them near the DEC #215.
"The statements of these citizens were in accordance with effective law. Preliminary examination is conducted, the decision will be taken following its results," the press service emphasized.
