Leader of the UDAR Party Vitali Klitschko will try to avoid fights in the Parliament, he told an interview with newspaper "Today."

Answering the question whether he is ready to defend his own faction in the case of fights in the Parliament, Klitschko said: "I want the Parliament to be an independent institution of power. It should pass laws necessary for the country and form a platform for discussions on development of the country. We will try to avoid fights using other methods."

According to Klitschko, the members of his faction understand a degree of responsibility to the voters. "We are determined to show the professional parliamentary work and work actively in the committees and commissions of the Verkhovna Rada and the debating chamber as well," the leader of the UDAR Party stressed
