The Central Election Commission admits that the results of 100% vote counting of e-protocols may not be announced today.

"I would like it to be finished yesterday, but we are realists and we understand that even today it may not happen," deputy CEC head Andriy Mahera told a briefing in Kyiv.

Mahera specified that in a number of Kyiv districts, the commissions are engaged into consideration of groundless vote recounting at separate voting stations. "Kyiv does the same, that's why we lag behind with results," CEC official added.

Mahera pointed out the 223th district commission, which has been having problems since the very beginning of election process. He also noted that CEC might consider replacing the head of the commission if the situation does not change.
