The Kyiv prosecutor's office has initiated inquiry into injury of 72-year-old woman in the Kyiv metro, ForUm learned from the prosecutor's office press service.
"The reasons for escalator damage will be established in course of investigation. In addition, it will be established whether the Kyiv metro has taken appropriate measures to ensure its safe operation" the statement of the press service reads.
Following the investigation, the lawful decision will be taken.
