Ukraine created all conditions for the international observers, foreign minister Kostyantyn Hryshchenko told a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The Ukrainian government created all conditions for the activities of the international observers. We sent invitations in advance to election observers, international organizations, parliamentary assemblies and foreign countries. This allowed them to begin earlier preparations for the elections in our state," Hryshchenko said.

However, according to him, all the observers who wanted to come to Ukraine were registered.

"3796 observers attended these elections. This is an unprecedented number for our and other countries - members of the OSCE. The observers had a maximum support, free visas, the procedure for entry was simplified, and they were provided with logistical and organizational support," the minister noted.

He also reminded that 116 polling stations were formed in the foreign consulates in 77 states, and about 20 thousand people voted there.
