Members of district election commissions should bear responsibility for violations in single-mandate constituencies, justice minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych told a briefing in the Cabinet, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the CEC will deal personally in this issue.
"I think the issue should be solved personally, by the CEC or the law enforcement agencies ... Maybe the violations were caused by lack of basic skills, well, maybe people had bad marks in arithmetic. If there were other reasons, then the responsibility should be stricter," he said.
