The Government will correct plans on implementing the President’s social initiatives, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said before the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Today we begin to refine, specify plans for further implementation of the social initiatives of the President as affordable housing, job creation, modernization of training and subsequent employment of young people, quality improvement of health services throughout the country," Azarov said.
According to him, the corrections are reasoned by appeals of the voters made during the election campaign.
"Election campaign, active communication with people raised a lot of the problems that still remain in the field of view of only the local authorities. And they do not have the resources to deal with such problems. Thanks to our candidates, this huge set of questions was submitted to the Government, ministries and respective agencies. A comprehensive program for solving such problems at the level of each settlement is to be worked out together with the local authorities. This program, of course, will be reflected in the budget 2013 and the budgets of the next years," PM said.
