As of 4 pm, October 30, the documentation from 33.2 thousand voting stations was delivered to district election commissions, which makes 99% of the total number of protocols, Interior Ministry public affairs office reports.

"Law enforcement officials keep providing security of documentation during transportation into the district election commissions, the total number of which is 33617," the report says.

According to certain reasons, like technical errors in issuing the documents and protest of certain candidates against the results of vote counting, the process of receiving and delivering of documents has been slowed down.

Similar situations have been registered in 8 out of 225 district election commissions. The delays do not affect the public order on-site.

"In order to prevent illegal interference with the work of district commission, law enforcement officers maintain public order and accompany the voting papers jointly with representatives of election commission," the press office reports.
