Press office of the Prosecutor's Office of Mykolaiv region reports that the guilt of the accused has been proved. Proposing the measure of punishment, the Prosecutor's Office has taken into account the gravity of the crime, personalities of the accused and the role of each defendant in the crime.
"Basing on the case materials, we suggest to sentence defendant Krasnoshchek to life, defendant Prysiazhniuk - to 15 years of imprisonment and defendant Pogosyan - to 14 years of imprisonment," the report says.
