Deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Usenko-Chorna says that system administrators do not always enter the correct data in the information-analytical system "Elections", ForUm correspondent reports from the CEC meeting.

She suggested that, while receiving protocols with wet stamps, CEC examines the PECs protocols at the meeting.

In particular, Usenko-Chorna noted there were registered cases of discrepancies between the figures entered in the information-analytical system "Elections" and the protocols of the DECs with wet stamps.

"There are a lot of such constituencies, and because it is not single cases, I think it would be right to make the protocols available at the meeting of the Central Election Commission," Usenko-Chorna said.

Deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission also noted that the forms of the PECs and the DECs were made centrally by the order of the CEC and numbered, so it is easy to determine whether they are fraudulent.

This proposal has caused some discussion at the meeting of the CEC, but the head of the Central Election Commission Volodymyr Shapoval said he supported the proposal. "I support this in order to avoid the impression that the CEC members are trying to hide some information," he stressed.
