The parliamentary elections in Ukraine passed without serious violations, observers from the CIS mission state.

"The counting of votes is going openly and transparently. The violations were primarily technical and could not influence the results of these elections," head of the mission Vladimir Harkun told a press conference in Kyiv.

In general, the CIS observers welcomed the new electoral law, and the work of the Central Election Commission, as well as district and precinct commissions.

As a negative point, the observers noted the frequent changes of members of the district committees, which caused some difficulties in their work.

According to the mission, the electoral commission provided the preparatory stage of the election campaign.

As a reminder, Ukraine passed the parliamentary elections on October 28.
