The Central Election Commission may establish the official results of parliamentary elections in Ukraine not earlier that on November 11, CEC member Mykhailo Okhendovsky announced.
"I think the CEC will establish results of each single-mandate constituency and of the nation-wide multi-member constituency on November 11-12," Okhendovsky said.

According to him, vote count is completed in the vast majority of district election commissions. "The PECs delivered reports to the district election commission, and 50% of the protocols have been already processed at the level of district election commissions," he added.

Okhendovsky stressed that the electronic system "Elections 2012" shows data only from "mathematically correct protocols."

As reported, according to law, the CEC should establish official election results no later than 15 days upon the day of voting, that is, no later than November 12.
