Head of the Central Election Commission Volodymyr Shapoval hopes that the single-mandate deputies will not cause problems with the vote counting, he told journalists during a press briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the mixed electoral system "causes problems not only for the CEC or participants of the electoral process, but also creates problems in terms of the features of the electoral process."
