The chairman of the Central Election Commission Volodymyr Shapoval is dissatisfied with tightened security around the CEC building.
"Some representatives, chiefs of the law enforcement agencies, as for me, overdid a bit. A great number of the law enforcement officers around the CEC can push on the idea that something is fishy here," Shapoval told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The CEC is ready for self-preservation, but not in such scales," chairman of the Central Election Commission said and added that it wasn’t the initiative of the CEC to strengthen the security.
