Moderate turnout at the parliamentary elections shows that society has stabilized, head of the Central Election Commission Volodymyr Shapoval told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The society has stabilized, the assessment of elections in the social environment is a fairly well-established. We hope for some changes," he said

Speaking about the regions, where the turnout was the highest and the lowest, the CEC head said: "Kyiv gave such an interesting and significant figure as 62.15%. I do not comment this. Sevastopol with the same status gave 49.65%. I do not comment either."
