Parliamentary elections passed democratic, Russian observer considers

In Ukraine, the parliamentary elections were democratic, observer from the Russian Federation Sergey Markov told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"The elections passed successful and democratic. They met the standards even more than in some European countries. Ukraine has held so many elections that learned how to hold them. There was an army of domestic and foreign observers," he said
