The district election commissions will submit two protocols - party and majority - with wet stamps to the CEC, deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We use a proportional-majority system, and the election commissions will make two protocols instead of one," he said and explained that firstly, the election commissions will have to count ballots in the multi-mandate constituencies, and only then they will start counting ballots in the single-mandate constituencies. "Protocols will be made under the same procedure," he said.
He predicts that the CEC will receive the first protocols from the district election commissions on Tuesday.
