Organization of bribing voters near the polling stations ("carousel") became the biggest problems in the first half of the election day, the Committee of Voters of Ukraine press service informs.
Also, a very high number of voters expressing a desire to vote at home was registered at some stations. Many of these voters came at the stations and found out that they supposedly wrote applications to vote at home.
In addition, the common cases are removal of ballots from the polling stations, the appearance of extra ballots in the ballot boxes.
