Pens with disappearing ink have been detected at some Odessa voting stations, press office of the Odessa city department of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine reports.
According to the reports, at 11 a.m. of October 28, the department started receiving calls from heads of district commissions, who reported pens with disappearing ink. Complaints came from seven voting stations.
The election process was stopped until the pens were replaced and relevant reports were made. The case is under investigation.
