"The final figures will be established by the PEC protocols ... after the voter list will be closed by deleting the empty graphs," deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Zhanna Usenko-Chorna said.
In addition, Usenko-Chorna noted that "the citizens can be included in the voters’ lists today".
The deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission said that today 35 million 693 thousand 376 people have been included into updated lists, including 424 thousand living abroad.
She explained that at the special polling stations, hospitals and jails, the lists are formed according to the number of beds, which there are 259 thousand 890 pieces.
Usenko-Chorna also strongly emphasized that the CEC did not send additional ballots to prisons.
