Ex-interior minister Yuri Lutsenko has voted at the polling station in Mensk penal colony.
He voted at 8:10 a.m., before the journalists were allowed into the colony. Journalists tried to find out why it happened so, but the administration refused to talk, referring to busy schedule.

Later, the head of the penitentiary institution Yuri Orlovsky said that "all comply with the rules, as the colony has a certain order of voting."

It is reported that observers did not record any violations during the voting of Lutsenko.

According to the election commission member, who issued a paper to the former minister, Lutsenko "said hello, took a voting paper and went to vote, he was in a good mood."
