On the election day in Ukraine, the video monitoring is being conducted in 98% of polling stations, chairman of the Central Election Commission Volodymyr Shapoval told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
He believes that the system works almost flawlessly, although there will always be those. who will criticize it, as 2% of stations are not monitored.
According to him, 100% monitoring coverage "would be a surprise."
