On October 31, the season of fountains will end in Kyiv, advisor to the chairman of the company for information policy Victoriya Yakovleva told a meeting of the Kyivvodocanal company, ForUm correspondent reports
"Kyiv fountains will go into hibernation," she said.
According to her, the underground equipment of fountains will be repaired during the winter.
Yakovleva reminded that the Kyivvodocanal controls fountains located in the center of the capital and in Rusanivka district, which has a lot of problems with fountains.
"Under the project, each jet should reach 30 meters, but now it hardly rises to 2-3," the advisor explained.
According to her, the old equipment is a main problem, which needs three million UAH for the reconstruction.
