Treasury bills in foreign currency, started to sale on October 10, enjoy considerable demand, head of the National Bank of Ukraine board Ihor Prasolov said in the interview.
"If people appreciate all the advantages of treasury bills in foreign currency, this financial instrument is committed to taking appropriate niche in the market for savings instruments. The main advantage of treasury bonds is the documentary form, the nomination of U.S. dollar, high liquidity, lack of obligatory declaration of investment income and the need for intermediaries, large yield, the state guarantee for the full amount of investment and the possibility of using them as collateral," Prasolov said.
