As of October 23, 2012, Ukraine exported 836 thousand tons of corn, the press service of the Agrarian Policy and Food Ministry of Ukraine reported.
The report noted that the growth rate of corn exports increased significantly during the last week. In September, 359 thousand tons were exported.
In addition, nearly 500 thousand tons of corns located in ports and loaded onto ships have been already prepared for the export.
