According to the minister, from today the housing communal departments must provide 100% heating and continuous work of all systems. "Residential areas in the south can be the only exception," the official specified.
He also added that the Ministry of regional development and housing received 144 complaints from citizens regarding problems with heating. The majority of complaints come from Donetsk, Kyiv and Khmelnitsk regions.
"The Ministry has made relevant orders for executive authorities to solve the problem. Moreover, the interdepartmental group on preparations to the heating season keeps working," Blyzniuk summed up.
