The governments of Ukraine and the Russian Federation signed the protocol on the supply of goods for industrial cooperation in 2012.

The protocol was signed in Moscow in the presence of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

The protocol allows two parties to implement the provisions of the intergovernmental agreement on industrial cooperation of April 24, 1998, pursuant to which the goods (services) provided for industrial cooperation shall not be subject to value added tax and excise duties.

This document directly regulates procedure and conditions of the range of goods to be supplied for industrial cooperation by economic entities of Ukraine and Russia in 2012, as well as the amount of these supplies and the list of the entities.
