To date, the agreement provides for joint control over only road and rail border crossing points and determines the possibility of such control in passenger trains.
At the same time, implementation of joint control of the ferry checkpoint (Crimea-Kuban), which operates in accordance with the Agreement on border crossings across Ukraine - the Russian Federation border of February 8, 1995, is not provided for.
