The state has made a half-step toward the condominiums to implement the energy saving projects, expert on housing issues Tatyana Boiko told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
Meanwhile, Boiko noted that few months ago, the accounts of condominiums had no money, but soon the weather may not allow to carry out the work.
In turn, director of the Department of project management and energy efficiency in the field of life support of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Stanislav Zakharov said that the money in any case will remain on the accounts of condominiums.
Zakharov added that in the first year, the primary loan will not be paid, if the condominium does not have time to use money.
