KCSA to punish officials obstructing administrative reform

Multi-stage system for providing administrative services allows the applicant to visit permissive state agency only one time - for filing documents, deputy head of the commission on the reorganization of the KCSA General Directorate for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Mykola Povoroznik said at the meeting of the Committee on Economic Reforms of the KCSA, ForUm correspondent reports.

The official said that today this technology is well mastered. "But so far within Kyiv we have misunderstanding with district administrations, which are not always sympathetic to such a reform of national importance," he said.

Povoroznik stressed that such issues should be addressed in 2012-2013. In particular, regional centers providing administrative services will be connected in a single system, operating in real time. "We will punish those retarding the implementation of administrative reform at the local level," Povoroznik stressed.
