International election observers to Ukrainian elections can rely on free visas, deputy foreign minister Andriy Olefirov told a press club meeting "Voting at overseas polling stations abroad", ForUm correspondent reports.
"In accordance with the decision of the government, visas to international observers will be issued free of charge. Citizens of all EU member states, the United States and Canada will be able to stay in Ukraine without visas. The citizens of states, with which Ukraine has visa regime, may rely on priority in consulates and issuance of free visas. So the issue of the visa support is settled on a technical level as well," he stressed.
