Chairman of the State Agency for Land Resources Serhiy Timchenko said that the state lands will be subject to the Agency starting from January 1, 2013.
"Starting from January 1, 2013, the law on the division of communal and public lands shall come into force," he said and added that the State Agency for Land Resources, as chief steward of public lands, will consolidate the lands and transfer them to the charter capital of the state land bank.
"The main task is to form the charter capital of the land bank," the head of the State Agency told a briefing in the Cabinet, ForUm correspondent reports.
