He particularly mentioned that in 2012 49 kindergartens were opened in Luhansk region. “The number of pre-school facilities must be increased and children must receive education in decent conditions,” Viktor Yanukovych said.
The President also noted that health care system reformation would remain one of the priorities for the government.
