Head of the European Union Delegation to Ukraine Ian Tombinsky believes that Ukraine has no censure, he told a press conference in Kyiv.
"I have spent very little time in Ukraine to conclude that Ukraine has no independent media. As of today, I can say that Ukraine has no censure and has a complete freedom of expression," he said.
At the same time, he noted that one can say whatever he wants on Youtube, but this is not the same as access to the state television and other media. Tombinsky is convinced that television should be used as a primary means to teach people.
