President Viktor Yanukovych believes that foreign partner companies offer low prices for coal produced in Ukraine.
"We have over-production of coal. We need to sell three million tons. Coal prices offered by foreign companies do not comply with our interests, they are unprofitable for us," Yanukovych said during visit to Luhansk.
He also added that Ukraine this year will produce about 82 million tons of coal.
